About
I work across brand, product design, and UX strategy leading multidisciplinary teams to solve customer experience problems, while building the accelerators that help them move faster and work smarter; from streamlining processes and reducing friction, to creating reusable frameworks, design systems and AI-powered tools that enable people to do their best work.
In Development
Human/AI Collaboration Accountability Framework. An Independent design initiative exploring visual systems that make human and AI collaboration more transparent across complex, multi-step workflows. The framework surfaces decision ownership, agent handoffs, human oversight, and traceability to help organizations build trustworthy AI-powered experiences that satisfy emerging governance and compliance requirements.
